Individual Therapy

This is the way that most people enter the therapy world. It allows the most in-depth and individualized approach. I work hard to tailor my sessions to address each person’s needs, both in the development of a treatment plan, and in each individual session. Whether we are focusing on anxiety, depression or some other issue, I care deeply about evoking change and growth in my clients.

Young Adult Therapy

Becoming an adult is a lengthy process, which requires a great deal of courage and stamina. Whether you are in school or working, I can assist you in finding the clarity and tools you need to grow into deeper self awareness and compassion for yourself.  Building openness, emotional capacity and clarity is within reach, with assistance and consistency.

Couple Therapy

Often, couples enter therapy when they are struggling or in crisis. Especially these days, I find that nearly all couples can use help with addressing specific issues, as well as learning to communicate and problem solve with greater skill and insight. Developing tools for attunement and greater insight into patterns of conflict is a tremendous passion for me.

Enneagram Consultation

Learning to see our habits of personality, through the lens of Enneatype and patterns of intimate relationship is extremely helpful. In identifying these ego-based structures, we can begin to release from them, as they constrain or limit our connections with others. I enjoy assisting clients and couples in learning about this tool for healing.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a special terrain. Finding a path through conflict and misunderstanding, to a place of greater acceptance and support for each family member is always my goal. This can be short term or intermittent work, with a focus on “how can we learn to act in the best interest of one another?” My long experience with families navigating divorce, addiction, grief and abuse is likely my most unique skill.

Parent Consultation

Sometimes, parents need an outside perspective that doesn’t require the same kind of ongoing work that is required in regular therapy. My life experiences have abundantly prepared me to help other parents find their way to a healthier and more compassionate relationship with their kids of all ages. I can also provide recommendations about education and intensive treatment options for young people.
